目的

研究大肠癌患者血清抗核抗体（ANA）与白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的关系及临床意义。

方法

应用夹心酶联免疫分析法、荧光免疫测定法检测42例大肠癌患者术前、术后一周血清IL-6及ANA的水平，并以35例健康人做对照，对数据进行分析比较。

结果

大肠癌患者术前外周血清IL-6、ANA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；ANA阳性和阴性患者血清IL-6水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；肿瘤切除后血清IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05)；术后ANA降低不明显；ANA水平与肿瘤直径密切相关。

结论

IL-6、抗核抗体水平能反映大肠癌生物学行为情况，IL-6是引起抗核抗体升高的重要原因。

Objective

To study the correlation of antinuclear antibody（ANA）and interleukin-6 (IL-6)with human colorectal cancer.

Methods

Levels of serum IL-6 and autoantibody were detected by sandwich ELISA and fluorescence immunoassay before and after operation in 42 colorectal cancer patients and 35 healthy people.

Results

Serum IL-6 and ANA levels in the colorectal cancer patients were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 in autoantibody positive patients were higher than that in negative patients(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 levels decreased significantly after operation(P<0.05).Serum autoantibody levels didn't decrease after operation significantly. Autoantibody levels were correlated with the cancer diameters.

Conclusion

IL-6 and antibody may be important parameters which reflecting the biological behavior of colorectal cancer.IL-6 is a main factor for the improvement of expression of autoantibody.
