中/长链脂肪乳注射液(卡路)在“全合一”营养液中的稳定性研究

目的

研究中/长链脂肪乳注射液(卡路)在"全合一"营养液中的稳定性。

方法

分别将125 ml和250 ml的卡路添加到1 L(A组)和2 L(B组)克灵麦液中,同时在两组中添加相同剂量的维生素、电解质、微量元素及不同剂量的20%卡路配制成“全合一”营养液,两组脂肪乳的终浓度均为2.20%而电解质和微量元素的浓度不同。室温放置,分别于0、24、48、72 h取样检测,观察两组卡路的乳粒大小、平均粒径、分布及“全合一”营养液的pH值和渗透压。

结果

两组间脂肪乳的平均粒径在各时间点无显著性差异;两组24 h的乳粒计数较新配时显著减少(P<0.05);A组72 h的乳粒计数较新配时显著增加(P<0.05);B组在48 h和72 h的乳粒计数较A组显著减少(P<0.05)。两组24、48、72 h的pH值较新配时显著降低(P<0.05);B组48 h较A组pH显著下降(P<0.05),但72 h较A组显著升高(P<0.05)。A组24、48、72 h的渗透压较新配时显著下降(P<0.05),B组24h和48 h渗透压较新配时显著下降(P<0.05);B组各时段渗透压均较A组显著降低(P<0.05)。两组的卡路在各时段的各项结果均符合质量标准要求。

结论

两组的电解质和微量元素浓度不同,在室温条件放置72 h后,卡路在“全合一”营养液中的乳粒稳定性仍符合质量标准要求。

Objective

To investigate the stability of MCT/LCT lipid emulsion (kalu)in all-in-one nutrient admixture.

Methods

Kalu of 125 ml and 250 ml were added into 1 L(group A)and 2 L(group B)of Clinimix to be all-in-one admixture,accompanying the addition of the same quantities of vitamins,electrolytes,trace elements.The final concentration of kalu of two groups was 2.2%, the concentration of electrolytes and elements were different.The samples were placed at room temperature and sampled at 0,24,48,72 h.Particle size and particle distribution (mean diameter)of kalu,pH value and osmolality of all-in-one admixtures were measured.

Results

There was not significant difference between two groups in particle size in every time. The particle distribution of two groups in 24 h significantly decreased compared with that in 0 h (P<0.05).The particle distribution in 72 h of group A significantly increased compared with that in 0 h(P<0.05).The particle distribution in 48 h and 72 h of group B significantly decreased compared with that of group A (P<0.05). AND pH value in 24,48,72 h of group A or B significantly increased compared with that of 0 h (P<0.05).pH value of group B in 48 h significantly decreased compared with that of group A (P<0.05),but that in 72 h significantly increased compared with that of group A(P<0.05).The osmolality of group A in 24,48,72 h significantly decreased compared with that in 0 h(P<0.05).The osmolality of group B in 24 h and 48 h significantly decreased compared with that of 0 h(P<0.05). The osmolality of group B in every time significantly decreased compared with that of group A (P <0.05).All parameters in different time complied with the national standard.

Conclusions

Although the concentration of electrolytes and elements are different in two groups,the stability of kalu in all-in-one nutrient admixtures meet the national standard requirement when they are placed at room temperature for 72 hours.
