Peripheral blood TSHRmRNA quantitative analysis shows that it is higher than normal controls in differentiated thyroid cancer and benign lesions, and TSHRmRNA can be used as a tumor marker. As for postoperative recurrence and metastasis, it has high sensitivity and specificity as Tg, and can avoid the interference of TgAb. Therefore, peripheral blood TSHRmRNA detection can be used as one of the important auxiliary molecular diagnostic methods and for the prognosis of differentiated thyroid cancer.
