图1 患者CT 检查和术后病理结果 A 为CT 平扫示胃小弯侧壁类圆形软组织影（红色箭头），截面大小约1.5 cm×2.2 cm；B～D 为CT 增强扫描可见肿块明显持续均匀强化（红色箭头），邻近脂肪间隙模糊（蓝色箭头）；图E 为CT 增强扫描可见胆囊内多发结节状高密度影，囊壁增厚（红色箭头）；图F 为术后病理诊断为（胃壁肿物）异位胰腺（苏木精-伊红染色 ×100）
