总结原发性肝癌的外科治疗经验，评估其疗效和安全性并进一步探讨提高原发性肝癌切除术后患者生存率的方法。

回顾分析本院2003年10月至2009年12月经外科治疗的42例原发性肝癌患者的临床资料、手术方式和随访结果。

42例均获手术切除。术后并发症包括出血3例，胆漏2例，膈下积液3例，上消化道出血1例，肝昏迷1例。手术死亡率2.38%。随访1年生存38例，2年生存30例，3年生存25例，术后1、2、3年复发率分别为14.3%、35.7%、42.9%。

原发性肝癌首选治疗方法是手术切除。

To summerize our experience in the surgical treatment of primary liver cancer and to evaluate the theraputic effects of hepatectomy at elevating postoperative survival of patients with primary liver cancer.

The clinical data of 42 patients received hepatectomy from October 2003 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.

Forty-two cases received hepatectomy operation. Postoperative complications included bleeding in 3 cases, bile leakage in 2 cases, subphrenic effusion in 3 cases, upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 1 case, 1 case of hepatic coma. The mortality was 2.38%. The 1-,2-,3-year postoperative recurrence rate were 14.3%, 35.7% and 42.9% respectively.

Hepatectomy is the chief choice in the treatment of primary liver cancer,which has good efficacy and few complications.
