To anaysis manipulate characteristic of laparoscopic appendectomy to treat obesity patients

Abstract:

Objective

To study the value and useful methods to treat obesity patients in laparoscopic appendectomy.

Methods

To analysis manipulate characteristic of laparoscopic appendectomy for 30 fat patients.

Results

All the operations were succeed.The operative time ranged from 25 min to 60 min （averaged 40 min）.About 12 hours after operation the patients could activity by themselves.Averaged 4 days after surgery they were discharged from hospital.No one suffered from wound infection.

Conclusions

The laparoscopic appendectomy was suitable for obesity patients，which surgery manipulation was safe and useful.
