Abstract:
Objectives
to sum the experience of our hospital during carrying on the personalized tension-free inguinal hernia repair under local anaesthesia.
Methods
using comparing methods to analysis the 360 cases of inguinal hernia that we devided into two groups.Among these patients 183 case were carrying on the personalized tension-free inguinal hernia repair under local anaesthesia.The operation time,hospital stay,complication,cost,post operation pain,recurrence,and the time to active of the patients were observed in this study.
Results
There are no obvious difference of the two groups in operation time and pain feeling.But there are obvious difference of the two groups in the remain parameters.
Conclusions
The personalized tension-free inguinal hernia repair under local anaesthesia is easy to perform and effective,we recommend this operation for tension-free inguinal hernia repair.
