Abstract:

Objective

To knowledge the mechanism of immunomodulation,we study immunomodulation effect on neutrophil leukocyte and lymphocyte subsets in septic rat.

Methods

Cecal ligation-perforation(CLP)rat model were divided into three groups including sham group(n=20),control group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20).Blood collections were made after CLP model in 3,12,24,48 h respectively.Leukocyte, neutrophil leukocyte, lymphocyte counting and CD4+,CD8+T lymphocyte were detected.

Results

CLP rat as septic model, leukocyte and neutrophil leukocyte in experimental group decreased more significant than that in control group,P<0.05.Lymphocyte in experimental group increased more significant than that in control group,P<0.05.CD4+T lymphocyte in experimental group increased more significant than that in control group,P<0.05.CD8+T lymphocyte had no difference in two groups.

Conclusions

Immunomodulation in septic rat can decrease leukocyte and neutrophil leukocyte and alleviate sequential inflammatory reaction.Immunomodulation in septic rat can increase lymphocyte and CD4+T lymphocyte and improve immune function as a matter of fact.
