Abstract:

Objective

To evaluate the choice of treatment for aortic dissection without a obvious intimal tear.

Methods

Seventy-six cases of endovascular repair of aortic dissection were preformed in our department from 2001 to 2008,including seven cases without obvious a intimal tear.

Results

All the seven cases recovered after the operation,no recurrence occurred.

Conclusions

Endovascular repair is valuable in some of the aortic dissection without a obvious intimal tear.
