Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinic pathology features and factor of prognosis affect in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).
Methods A total of 329 cases of operation and pathology approve, immune histochemistry determine HER-2, ER, PR and p53 by breast cancer been analyzed. The patients were divided into the TNBC group and the non-triple negative breast cancer group (NTNBC). The clinic pathologic and biology features of the two groups were compared. The 5-year survival was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method.
Results Of the 79.03% (260/329) had NTNBC. TNBC 20.97% (69/329), average was 42 years, prophase of catamenia 73.91%(51/69), p53(+) 44.93%(31/69), infiltration duct cancer 73.91%(52/69), T3(T>5 cm) 27.54%(19/69), Ⅲ stages 30.43%(21/69), histology grade 39.13%(27/69), lymph metastasis 55.07%(38/69), Ⅲ 24.64%(17/69), percentage of cases with after operation recur 27.54%(19/69), and beyond distract 18.84%(13/69), higher in the TNBC group than in the NTNBC group(P<0.05). The 5-year without tumor was 78.26%(54/69)in the TNBC group and 86.92%(226/260) in NTNBC group(P<0.05).
Conclusions TNBC happens in female with prophase of catamenia. Compared with NTNBC, higher in p53(+), percentage of with TNBC has an increased possibility of local recurrence or distant metastasis in features of clinic pathology and biology, poorer of prognosis.
