Abstract:

Bile protein in primary liver cancer has completed assembly, digestion, and shear process of modification after translation in the cell. It shows less variability, high repeatability of detection. The content is relatively simple, local concentrations of tumor associated protein are high, and background interference is mere. Therefore, the high flux and comprehensive information research of bile, using proteomics method, may have potential research prospect and important clinical value in early diagnosis and pathological analysis of primary liver cancer.
