Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) three-dimensional reconstruction before laparoscopic D3 radical operation for right colon cancer.
Methods The data of thirty-one patients with right colon cancer undergoing laparoscopic D3 radical operation in New Rongqi Hospital, Shunde District from January 2016 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the preoperative examination, the patients were divided into observation group (16 cases, enhanced CT, CT colonography and MSCT) and control group (15 cases, enhanced CT and CT colonography). The coincidence rate between surgical location and preoperative imaging display, the rate of conversion to laparotomy and the operation time, amount of bleeding, the number of lymphadenectomy and vascular injury during the operation were compared between two groups.
Results No side injury or serious complications occurred during the operation. The time of operation, amount of bleeding and the number of vascular injury in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT before laparoscopic right colon cancer radical operation has a clear guiding significance for the operation difficulties, which can effectively avoid the vascular injury, reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten operation time, reduce the operation difficulty, so as to improve the safety and operation efficiency.
