Analysis of factors causing false negative of ultrasound diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer

Abstract:

With the advent of the era of individualized precision treatment, the assessment of axillary lymph node status of breast cancer is particularly important for breast cancer patients. Ultrasound has an irreplaceable role in assessing the status of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients, but there are also a large number of false negatives. This article intends to review the factors leading to false negatives in breast cancer axillary lymph node metastasis.
