Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the standardized management of postoperative patients with aortic diseases after discharge.

Methods

80 patients discharged from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University with aortic diseases from January to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods. The observation group adopted diversified intervention measures, and the control group adopted traditional intervention measures, with 40 cases in each group. The standardized managements were compared after discharge, such as the rate of standardized blood pressure management, medication compliance, standardized rate of follow-up visits, and blood pressure influencing factor score.

Results

After adopting diversified intervention measures, the standard rate of blood pressure management, medication compliance, and blood pressure influencing factor score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Diversified intervention measures can improve the standard rate of blood pressure management, medication compliance and establish the suitable blood pressure control measures in patients with aortic diseases after surgery, and they are worthy of promotion and use.
