Construction of a classification framework of data element dictionary of gastrointestinal tumor biobank

Abstract:

Objective

To construct a classification framework of data element dictionary of gastrointestinal tumor biobank information sharing platform.

Methods

The data element dictionary of gastrointestinal tumor biobank information sharing platform was established preliminarily based on literature retrieval and expert consultation. Then two rounds of questionnaire survey among twenty-four experts were carried out using Delphi method by Emails.

Results

In the two rounds of expert consultation, the positive coefficients were 100.00% and 91.67%, the authority coefficients were 0.825 and 0.832, the coordination coefficients were 0.434 and 0.467 respectively (all P<0.001). The framework included 4 first-level dierctories, 11 second-level dierctories and 49 third-level dierctories.

Conclusion

The classification framework of data element dictionary of gastrointestinal tumor biobank information sharing platform constructed by Delphi method is scientific and reliable, which can promote the establishment of network sharing platform and realize the retrieval and sharing of gastrointestinal tumor biosample information.
