Abstract:

Objective

To visualize and analyze the hot spots of gastric tumor related articles in CNKI database with bibliometric methods, trying to understand the current situation and development trends of surgical treatment of gastric tumor in China, provide basic support for the treatment and research of gastric tumor in China, and to guide the formulation of relevant medical policies.

Methods

In the CNKI database, relevant literatures were searched with the keywords of "gastric cancer + gastric tumor" and "operation + surgery + minimally invasive + laparoscopy + treatment + excision + radical dissection + radical resection + lymph node dissection + lymph node resection + robot", screened and downloaded, and CiteSpace software was used as a tool. The literature on gastric tumor treatment was reviewed, and the authors, research institutions and key words were analyzed by visual knowledge graph.

Results

(1) The research institutions were mainly concentrated in major hospitals and major medical university institutes, and there was little contact between hospitals and university institutes. Many institutions lacked cross-institutional and cross-regional cooperation research, had not formed stable joint research, and lacked knowledge sharing, cooperation and communication between institutions. The authors in the field of gastric tumor research in China were relatively closely related, forming a close relationship network. (2) Surgical approach, resection range, reconstruction method, advantages of open surgery, laparoscopic surgery and robotic surgery, and chemotherapy regimen were the hotspots of current research. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign treatment methods, it was easy to understand the differences of treatment methods between Chinese and foreign countries, and provide new ideas for the treatment of gastric tumors in China, which has made great progress in the treatment of gastric tumors and brought hope to patients in China.

Conclusion

Based on the visual analysis of literature on surgical treatment of gastric tumors by CiteSpace, it is found that laparoscopy, robotics and chemotherapy are the current research hotspots and are expected to continue to be considered as research hotspots in the future.
