The time that abdominal tenderness remissed, first defecation time, the time that recover eating, hospital days were shorter in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). No significant in the time of abdominal pain remissed, hemodiastase level and blood routine fall to normal, hospitalization expenses in two groups. it was significant different that the time that abdominal tenderness remissed and recover eating were shorter in patients treated with Qing Yi Tang retention enema before 12 hours than after 12 hours (P<0.05), but the death rate was not significant in these patients.
Conclusion
Treating with complex prescription salvnotmiltiorrhiza plus chinese medicine Qing Yi Tang retention enema, especially in SAP earlier period can improve curative effect, and it is cheapthanSandostatin.Becausesampleswere too few,its contribution to death rate needs to be studied furtherly.
