Clinical progress of laparoscopic partial splenectomy

Abstract:

With the development of the concept of minimally invasive treatment and the improvement of technology and equipment, laparoscopic partial splenectomy has got increasing clinical application which is regarded as a new surgical method of spleen preservation. It is reported that this operation is mainly suitable for treatment and diagnosis of some diseases such as hematological system diseases, splenic occupied-lesion, traumatic spleen ruptures and so on. Having analysed the relative research from both here and abroad in recent years, we can find the surgical method and surgical treatment effect have made great progress, but there are still disputes in some aspects. The current research dynamic and clinical progress of laparoscopic partial splenectomy are reviewed in this article.
