Clinical diagnosis and treatment of mastalgia

Abstract:

Mastalgia is the most commonly medical cause of breast diseases among women aged 30-50 years, and 10%-20% patients suffer from severe mastalgia. Patients are mainly concerned about mastalgia as the first symptom of breast cancer and fear of malignant changes, and severe mastalgia seriously affects the quality of their life. However, the etiologies of mastalgia are not well-known, and there are no unified treatments for mastalgia. In summary, this article mainly focuses on the etiologies, classification, risk of malignant changes, diagnosis and treatment of mastalgia, and provides reference for diagnosis and treatment of mastalgia.
