Diagnosis, treatment and research progress of primary graft dysfunction after liver transplantation

Abstract:

Liver transplantation is a life-saving method for treating end-stage liver diseases,while primary graft dysfunction (PGD) often occurs after surgery.PGD has become a serious complication after liver transplantation, directly affecting the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the diagnosis,pathophysiology, influencing factors, and predictive models of PGD after liver transplantation, with the aim of early detection, diagnosis, and intervention to improve the success rate of liver transplantation and continuously improve the survival prognosis of liver transplant patients.
