Abstract:

The metastasis of gastric cancer is a complex and multi-step biological process, which involves the regulation of many genes, and is the main cause of death of gastric cancer patients, but the molecular biological mechanism hasn't been found out until now. With the development of new gene se-quencing technology and bioinformatics technology, more and more long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and their functions are being found that they can play important roles in the regulation of gene expression through epigenetic modification, transcription, post-transcription and interaction with miRNA. Recent studies have shown that lncRNAs play important parts in the metastasis of gastric cancer in many ways. This article will focus on the progress of functional mechanism of lncRNA in the metastasis of stomach neoplasms in order to provide advice for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.

Key words: Ribonucleotides, Stomach neoplasms, Long non-coding RNAs, Metastasis
