Abstract:
Objective To analyze the correlation between prognosis and changes of PT, APTT and D-dimer before and after operation in patients with colon carcinoma.
Methods Between January 2011 and January 2015, one hundred and twenty patients with colon carcinoma were chosen as study objects, the level of PT, APTT and D-dimer in patients were detected 1 day before operation, 2 days after operation, and the variations were recorded and analyzed combined with pathological characteristics and complication rate.
Results The variation of PT was (1.1±0.4) s, that of APTT was (5.4±2.4) s, that of D-dimer was (112.5±31.4) μg/L. After operation, hemorrhage occurred in 9 patients (7.5%), 12 patients (10.00%) developed thrombosis and embolism. The variations of PT, APTT and D-dimer demonstrated significant relativity with complications of patients (P<0.05).
Conclusions Patients with colon carcinoma have risks of thrombosis, embolism and hemorrhage, even with no obvious abnormality on coagulation fibrinolytic markers in perioperation period. It should pay attention to clinical monitoring after opreation.
