Diagnosis and treatment of Crohn's disease complicated with intravesical fistulae

Abstract:

Objective

To summarize and analyze the clinical characters and management of Crohn's disease(CD)complicated with intravesical fistulae.

Methods

To investigate the multi-unit statistic data of 12 CD cases complicated with intravesical fistulae,which including the age,sex,symptom,therapeutic measure,operative status,postoperative stay length and clinical follow-up.All the document were from CD clinical database.

Results

All cases had pyuria symptom.Eight cases (66.67%)showed pneumatinuria notably,who were underwent primary affected intestinal resection with vesiconeoplasty. Ten cases were followed up for 24.28 months medially, and no one recurred.

Conclusions

Advent of pneumatinuria is the clinical evidence of Crohn's disease complicated with intravesical fistulae.Source organ resection with targetorgan neoplasty is an eusemia surgical treament.
